The American Composites Manufacturers Association provides a forum for the composites industry to develop and enhance shared opportunities and address common challenges.

The Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering, SAMPE®, an international professional member society, provides information on new materials and processing technologies through chapter technical presentations, two journal publications, symposia and commercial expositions in which professionals can exchange ideas and air their views. As the only technical society encompassing all fields of endeavor in materials and processes, SAMPE provides a unique and valuable forum for scientists, engineers, designers and academicians.

The Society of Manufacturing Engineers is the world's leading professional society advancing manufacturing knowledge and influencing more than half a million manufacturing practitioners annually.

The Network Group for Composites in Construction (NGCC) represents the composites in construction industry in the UK and unites its members in one body. Its membership covers all sectors of the industry. Activities of NGCC include dissemination of information and news, forums for collaboration and networking, and providing a central focus for those needing support within the industry. The group has been operational since its launch in November 2000.

Founded in 1880 as the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, ASME is a not-for-profit professional organization that promotes the art, science and practice of mechanical and multidisciplinary engineering and allied sciences throughout the world.
